First Ostrava meetup at Clubco

Tech Execs ventured to Ostrava for the first time! The event was held at Clubco and was a resounding success. Led by Tomas Rehak, we delved into the differences between junior and senior professionals in the tech industry. The discussions highlighted perceptions of juniors as industrious and action-oriented, while seniors are often viewed as more theoretical. We explored how to identify truly impactful senior professionals and strike a balance between these two groups to harness the strengths of both. In addition to this insightful dialogue, we focused on networking and the crucial aspects of establishing a thriving business in Ostrava.
